All care will be taken during removal of brick pavers. Price does NOT include replacement of any broken pavers. There will some damage/disturbance to grass and or vegetation surrounding affected area. Price does not include repairs to grass and or vegetation.
BATHROOM WORKS
**Please note price does not include patching, waterproofing or tiling. This to be done by other trades.
All care will be taken during completion of works. QC plumbing does not accept responsibility for chips in bath, tiles, etc.
Price does not include patching of wall/s, tiles, waterproof membrane, etc. Please note price does not include painting of walls where old cistern was or tiling behind new toilet
JETTING
**Please note if sections of the storm water drain are severely compromised and can not be cleared, a quote will be submitted to dig up and replace necessary sections of drain to ensure correct function
Access must be provided to all ground floor yards at the same time, TBC on acceptance of quote.
Price does NOT include clearing of stormwater drains. A quote will be provided from site if required
Price includes up to 2 hours with jet, location of blockage/s is unknown until we proceed with works. All care will be taken during removal of bricks, price does not include replacement of broken bricks. Price assumes there is no concrete slab below existing bricks
AC SYSTEMS
*Price does not include painting or patching walls if required
**Price assumes all existing pipework and power cables are sound and compliant and does not include repairs to existing. Any issues found during installation will be quoted from site
GAS WORKS
Please note that supply of new unit subject to availability
*The quote does not include any allowances for rectification of the gas line if found to be undersized or leaking. Any faults will be notified upon discovery. If a gas leak is present, it may be necessary to isolate gas to the property (for safety), until the fault can be rectified. All additional charges (or best estimate) will be notified from site prior
***Existing gas line will be tested as required for leaks and volume gas rate upon commissioning. If gas line if found to be leaking or undersized a quote from site will be sent for rectification
ROOF WORKS
*At inspection we found a leak source, however other sources may be present. Recommend monitoring suspect area to confirm if further works are necessary
**Customer will need to monitor further to confirm once all items identified leaks are repaired. If leak still present, further investigations may be necessary
Please note;
Whilst our investigation identified a leak source, we cannot confirm if other leaks are present.
Repairs are subject to a process of elimination, suspect areas should be monitored following repairs to confirm if further investigations / rectification is required. This price does not include replacement of cladding, cladding must be removed and replaced by others. TBC on acceptance of quote.
Price does not include repointing or replacement of any tiles, unless supplied by client.

Quote assumes existing pump is working. Price does not include new pump
